Appointment Times

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to experience the complete benefits and pleasure of pampering. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, your treatment may need to be rescheduled. To ensure you get the appointment time you want, we recommend you make your next appointment before you leave Trois on Allen.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. Cancellations made after this will incur a 50% charge.
